I am assuming you are talking about this. I would have completed it if the game would let me, unfortunately it got stuck on the fact that I didn't have 3 fuses when I clearly did and pulled the lever to no avail.You don't need to activate the fuses to use that console on the opposite end of the room. There is a small cable that you have to plug into the wall that links to it. Plug in that console, solve the puzzle, then the lever for the fuses will work.
