So I have been off of this game for alittle over a year because I've not had the time or motivation to play it and as of recent I am going to try and get back into the game.But when I checked, I noticed my character was missing, I lost all my mounts, hard earned progress, just everything. I am severely bummed coming back to this and I am upset because I lost some very hard to get mounts like Jamirot and Torkai. I still know/have the name to my character and what not.
Is there any way to try and reclaim him and all my lost progress back?I just want to know before I make a new character. I never had to contact support before so where would I go and do this? I also want to add that I remembered wrong and they never told me it was a one time thing. Only got back into this game today after alil over a year of not getting on the game and just came back to my character missing only to hear about this thing called the migration which caused characters to be deleted. Ah okay so then you might not have to contact support just yet go here and follow the migration process if you dont get your character/s or dont have your characters after following the migration process then I suggest to contact support.

Thing, and then Migrate to VFUN, it says 'We cannot find any information to migrate.' I don't know what I am doing wrong or if I am doing this correct. Tokyo xtreme racer zero cars. Just got off of RoI right now from playing my new character to try to get this figured out.

If it continues to not work with steam migration I will contact support to see what is up.
I just hope to get this figured out before February maintenance. I do not want to loose my character. I am sad to tell you you probably won't have your character back. During the migration Nexon apparently f. up with player data and now the API from the migration website can't find any data from Nexon database. Some people were able to migrate (steam players mostly) but several weren't and probably won't.Unless Nexon and Valofe get to an agreement and solve this issue (which I personally believe can't be solved) several icarus players will be left with nothing and all their hard work, money and time spent will be lost.
