I'm estimating that they age slower than humans but faster than elves)Rune Factory 3 takes place at the same time as part 2 of RF2 (this is 8 years after Kyle arrives in Alvarna, Yue appears in RF3)Rune Factory 4 takes place roughly 2 years after RF3, 10 years after the beginning of RF2 (Raven only looks a couple years older than she does in RF3 while Barrett looks a lot older than his part 1 self - I'm not counting what Barrett looks like in part 2 since nobody's character portraits changed, not even Cammy or Roy. This is why I believe RF3 happens at the same time as RF2 part 2)From Rune Factory 1 to Rune Factory 4 roughly 30 years have gone by, which makes sense looking at Ethelberd's age difference between the two games.
The only factor that can't be measured properly is the time between RF1 and RF2 since we don't know how fast a half elf like Cecilia ages.
