I figured that the Dead to Rights franchise was DOA. The last console game was released back in 2005, which is a lifetime in the video game world. When this new installment was announced it went straight on my wishlist.

Some plants can grow every hour while some takes just a few minutes. It only entails you to take care of them regularly, which means you have to feed them in the process, water the plants and keep things properly organised to save you time.Heigh-ho the derry-o!At first, you will be choosing which plants are good to grow. Every piece of hard work has an equivalent sum and this is where you’ll get motivated to make some more.A farm also has to look good so that your neighbours will take more than just a second glance. Farm up yukle. The fun part is when it’s time to harvest the crops or when your chicken laid eggs. You can try placing the patches and all the others in between in beautiful arrangement so that it looks orderly as soon as the plant grows one after the other.Another interesting part of Hay Day is when you are finally able to trade crops with your neighbours.

While it's a great game, it's a shame it seems to have been overlooked. As before you play the role of hardcore cop Jack Slate, investigating the death of his dad (hang on, isn't that the plot of the first game?) along with faithful dog Shadow (a nice little reference to Shadow Dancer: The Secret of Shinobi). Through 10 action-packed chapters you'll explore every corner of the noir-ish, decaying Grant City from the highest of skyscrapers to the dingiest of back alleys. In the snow, in the cold, in the dark.this game is nothing if not atmospheric. It immerses you in the noir, backed up by Slate's gravelly narration. A before, the gameplay is a mix of run-and-gun, hand-to-hand combat and slight puzzle-solving.

Dead

There are some great ways to kill bad guys but my favorite is chucking them off high buildings and watching them disappear into then night sky. Watching bodies scatter in slow motion after a perfectly-timed explosion is also a lot of fun. The DLC available from the PlayStation Network is great too and provides even more action, but I just wish there could have been more it, even if it was something as small as new costumes for Jack and Shadow, one new outfit just ain't enough. I'd love to see the Dead to Rights series continue. It's gotten off to a great start on the next-gen consoles.

This game is well worth your time, money and effort, and is a huge step up from the original from 2002. Graphics A Sound A Gameplay B+ Lasting Appeal A.
